Took it easy at training today as my body is still sore for the weekend Pump classes and the fitness tests. I have lost 1.2kg so far this week. I ate really clean today for the accelerator day and fingers crossed that the scales reflect this tomorrow for the final Round 2 weigh in!!! This program is fantastic!
