Worked out at a lower intensity than the last 4 days and didn't feel tired in the afternoon at all. I'm all rested and read for my Super Saturday Session tomorrow - 1hr Cardio, 1hr Pump, 1hr Sh'bam. Splash is gonna smash the cals on Sat! Plus I'm going Finale Dress shopping :)
