Round 3 PreSeason Week 2 Weigh In
Oops i forgot to blog my weight last week.
Well, 3 wines on saturday, family BBQ on sunday where i ate too much and not training for 3 days really worked miracles... NOT! What was I thinking??
Still 74.2kg on Wednesday 24 August 2011.
So i refocused, replanned everything and smashed 1034 cals at the gym on Thursday (the most i have ever burnt in one session). I've been good with exercise and nutrition this week so we'll see what the scales say next week.
