After one week I have lost 300g.
That is so embarrassing to write.
I ate more than 1200 calories on Thursday at family dinner, as well as throwing in some chocolate on two other days. That is terrible!!!
I planned my meals everyday.
However I need to screw my head on properly and not give into temptation others put in front of me.
I went from Yuk to Yay in 2011 and gained the Confidence to Conquer 2012 and beyond. ** ** Now I am a PERSONAL TRAINER!!! ** ** In February 2011 I changed my lifestyle to create the best version of me ever. I joined the Michelle Bridges 12 Week Body Transformation Round 2 in May 2011 and was lucky enough win overall 1st place. I then won the Inspirational Role Model Award in Round 3 2011. I started this blog in June 2011. This blog reminds me to Just Fricken Do It!!!
I don't think it's embarrasing at all, for me I allways take a few weeks of being good to get my body into weightloss mode. This week you will be extra focused and kick it up a notch. x
