1st DEXA Scan

I realised that I need to set really strong goals in order to commit to achieving them.  My weight loss goals in 2011 were obvious and very measurable.  Now that I have lost the weight, it's harder to define what better version of me I want to create.

I committed to have a DEXA Scan before and after Round 2 2012 to find out my exact body composition in order to set realistic measurable goals and then assess them via another DEXA scan after 12 weeks.

I have just had my first scan.  What an interesting experience!  Below is my stats summary.
